hiking The Camels Back - October 26 2024 A less-frequented summit above Pemberton Meadows, but (for now) it has a fairly high access road that makes the hike short, if a bit wild with no trail and lots of deadfall

hiking Sawchuk Peak - June 21 2024 A first internet ascent for me, otherwise a short (if you can drive all the way) and steep bushwhack+scramble with some pretty decent views
hiking Mount Agassiz - June 1 2024 A p600 near Agassiz with no real trail, but some fun offroad driving on the way, and the hike is short and simple despite the lack of trail. Good for a rainy day IMO
hiking Levette Peak - March 16 2024 A small p100 just off the Levette Lake FSR, on the way to Hut Lakes. The driving is more enjoyable than the hike, but for those who seek summits, you may as well pick it up if you're around and have an hour to kill
hiking Mount Woodside - December 30 2023 A trashy bushwhack which is 95% driving on a fairly easy forest road. Best combined with Mount Agassiz for some better value for your day, and a visit to Ramp Rock for a cool car shot
hiking Mount McRae - December 30 2023 A prominent but trail-less mountain in the Chehalis area, best saved for a day when you don't have better things to be doing
hiking Vedder Mountain (Vedder Peak) - December 20 2023 A quick hike doable before work, with some fun offroading and biking nearby
trashbagging Murdo Peak (Weatherhead Mountain) - November 8 2023 A small, trash summit north of Davis Lake, quickly bagged before work
offroading Morton Peak (Mara Mountain Lookout) - November 4 2023 A fairly easy ultra near Sicamous, which can even be driven in the right conditions. We, of course, did not have such conditions
