A popular, easy "peak" below Mount Seymour in North Vancouver

This TR picks up from that of Suicide Bluff, the previous stop on my little journey to bag a bunch of small peaks around Mount Seymour.

The descent was actually relatively steep, and there were even a couple fixed ropes in place, though naturally, I avoided using them. It took about 10 minutes to reach the short bump between Dog Mountain and Suicide Bluff, then another 10 to get down from there to the base of the final bump before one descends all the way to Dog Mountain.

It took my now-quite-tired self another 15 minutes to get over that bump (which I tried to ensure I travelled over the top of in case it was actually Dog Mountain, since by my maps the designated location for it had no prominence whatsoever) and down to the "summit", which is actually just a rocky outcropping with nice views, but no real prominence to speak of. Oh well, a peak's a peak, so I was happy checking it off the list. I took some pictures and rested for a few minutes before I started making my way back towards the resort for my final peak.

With that out of the way, I set on to the final objective of the day, Dinkey Peak.
