One Mile Lake Hill - October 10 2022

Pemberton, British Columbia
473m

To round out the day of trashbagging after bushwhacking around the south end of Mount Fraser, we decided to pick up one last provisional peak in One Mile Lake Park (which is annoyingly not a mile away from the road, a mile long trail, or anything else mile-related!). I'll keep this one short, because it was a short hike, 30 minutes up, 20 minutes down. The trails are very well maintained, so we just ambled on up, hung out for half an hour, and went back down. It's a great place to bring slow/unfit people who still want to see some nature, although the hydro lines may be off-putting to some.

Me playing with my phone on the way up, looking far too overpacked for this area. Photo creds: Bhaskar
Currie views somewhat obstructed by the hydro lines
